Google Business Profile management helps customers see what they can book with your business. We update service details, prepare posts and draft review replies. Our Google Business Profile optimisation sits within the SEO plans. Your listing and website work together so customers can check the service and contact you.
SHORE went from absent to first in one Sydney builder shortlist across two ChatGPT checks about two months apart. See the website and profile work.
Our work and thinking
You want more than a promise to keep posting. We built SHORE’s website and run its SEO. Our guide shows the service pages, local projects and Business Profile posts involved. You can see the work alongside the two ChatGPT answers.

Your Google listing may be the first thing a customer reads about you. Old hours or a missing service can cost you the enquiry. We check the details and prepare updates from your actual work. Customers get a clearer picture of what they can book.
A customer looking for a particular job may miss it in a vague service list. We review your categories and service wording against the work you do. Your listing names the service and the linked page explains the price and inclusions.
Old hours can send customers away when you are open for business. We update changed details and check what appears afterwards. Customers see the hours and contact information you confirm. Businesses that visit customers use their genuine service area.
You have finished good work yet your listing shows little of it. We turn a real job or service explanation into a post with a photo. The link takes customers to more detail. Local SEO includes four profile posts each month, with more in the larger plans.
An unanswered review can leave the next customer with doubts. We draft a reply to the experience described and protect private job details. You approve the wording before publication. Repeated questions also help us spot what your website should explain better.
You should not need an old provider’s permission to manage your own listing. You keep ownership and invite us through a separate manager account. Google supports this without sharing passwords. We confirm the right profile and role so you know who can change it.
Someone opens a post about a service and lands on a homepage with no answer. We link to the matching service or project page. Google Business Profile SEO joins that profile work with our SEO services, giving customers a direct route from interest to enquiry.
SEO plan fit
A busy owner needs someone to keep the listing current. Profile work is included in Local SEO at $1,500/month + GST for up to three suburbs in one area. Setup is $1,500 + GST, waived on a six-month term. The minimum is 90 days, then month to month. The plan combines profile support with website work.

AI search
An AI answer describing the wrong service can send the wrong enquiries your way. We compare your listing with the service pages on your website. Then we correct mismatched business details so customers find the same offer in both places.
Google advises keeping Business Profile information current for its AI Overviews and AI Mode. ChatGPT and Perplexity can also consult online sources and link to them. We check what those sources say about your business alongside the profile.
You want to know what buyers are being told about you. Our GBP optimisation starts with your name, services, hours and website link. We also inspect customer questions in AI search and show you any business descriptions that need attention.
How we work
Not sure which account controls the profile? Share its Google Maps link. We confirm access so work starts on the right business.
Your listing may no longer match your services. We compare it with the website and your current details. You confirm the corrections customers need.
A quiet profile gives buyers little to explore. We prepare posts and reply drafts from your jobs and service details for your approval.
A submitted update may still be under Google’s review. We check what customers can see and tell you what is live or still pending.
Good questions
Use the Google account with access to your business, then find the profile in Google Search or Maps. Authorised users see management options there. If you can see the listing but cannot edit it, check the signed-in account first. That can save you from creating a duplicate profile.
Yes, Google provides the Business Profile free. You pay a provider for the time spent managing it. Kavera includes posts and review reply drafts within its SEO plans, alongside website work. The monthly fee covers that work. Any Google advertising spend is separate from profile management.
The owner can invite another Google account as an owner or manager. You can give a provider manager access for everyday work while keeping primary ownership yourself. We use that invitation for agreed updates. Check the exact profile and role before giving anyone access to your business.
Open the profile settings and choose People and access. You can see current users and pending invitations there. Check this when you change providers so you know who can update the listing. If your account lacks access, ask the owner to resolve it before arranging management work.
