Be found for the homes you want to design
SEO for architects helps homeowners find your practice while they plan a project. That might be a heritage addition or a new home on a steep block. We write a page for each finished home, explain your fees and stages and keep registration details clear. We connect those pages with a clear way to discuss a brief.

Our work and thinking
We built SHORE’s website and run its SEO. The guide sets SHORE’s SOL duplex page beside the Google answer that cited it.

A homeowner planning a second storey rarely searches for your practice name. They type the job and the suburb, then judge the first few portfolios they find. We plan pages around the commissions you want more of. Our SEO services then give each finished home words that Google and AI answers can use.
For each home, we explain which site constraint shaped the design. We show how the plan handles daylight, privacy or a steep block. Approved drawings sit beside the finished photos where you hold the rights. Collaborators are credited by name. A homeowner can judge your design approach before asking about a similar commission.
In NSW only people on the Register of Architects may call themselves architects. A business that uses the title must nominate one of them to be responsible for its services. We name that person on your website and describe everyone else by their actual role. Clients can check the register before they call. Old directory profiles get the same check.
Many homeowners still wonder if a design fee is worth paying. Your fee approach helps them decide. We explain how your practice charges, by stage, as a fixed fee or as a share of the build cost. Each stage gets a plain description of what it delivers, from concept to the drawings a builder prices. Clients then arrive with a realistic budget.
Homeowners often search council questions months before they hire anyone. They want to know if a rear addition needs a development application or how a heritage area limits the design. We write short guides on the approvals your practice handles in its usual council areas. You check every fact. Each guide ends at the stage where your team takes over.
Your Google listing should read like a practice that designs buildings. We choose the category that fits your services. We add photos of finished work each month. A practice may complete only a few homes a year, so reviews build slowly. We help you ask at handover, soon after the owners move in. Replies thank them without naming the street.
A finished house is also someone’s private address. We describe each project by suburb. Street numbers and identifying photos stay off the page unless the owner agrees. Awards, magazine features and builder websites can still link to the project page. Those links help the right people find the work without exposing the family who lives there.
SEO plan fit
For a single suburb, Suburb SEO costs $890/month + GST with no setup fee and runs month to month. SEO Growth costs $2,900/month + GST and includes Website Care. Setup is $750 + GST, waived when you commit to six months. Every SEO plan is month to month, so you can cancel anytime. A practice that wants a plan first can start with our free SEO audit. Implementation is separate unless retained.

AI search
A homeowner can now ask ChatGPT to suggest a practice that designs passive houses on the Northern Beaches. Its search answers link to the web pages they draw on. Pages that state the project type, place and approach in plain words are easy to use. Our AI search optimisation writes your project pages with those details up front.
Google AI Overviews and AI Mode show links to the websites behind each answer. Perplexity cites its sources too. A project page that names the suburb, the brief and the result gives these tools something specific to point to. The SOL duplex page above is that kind of page.
Each month we check how these answers describe your practice. One might call a graduate an architect, list a style you no longer offer or miss your best project type. We find the page behind the mistake and correct what is on your own website. We ask the same questions every month, so changes are easy to spot.
How we work
Tell us the projects you want more of and where. We check what clients in those areas search for before they contact a practice.
We read your project pages, team page and Google listing. You get a list of homes that need words, credits or registration details.
We draft project pages and approval guides from your notes and drawings. Your nominated architect checks titles, claims and fees before release.
Send photos when a project is complete. We publish its page once the owner has agreed to what is shown.
Good questions
Write about the projects you want to win, in the words clients use. A page for each completed home, with its brief, suburb and the constraints it solved, shows clients how you think. Add short guides on the approval questions homeowners ask early. Keep your Google listing current with finished work. Then earn links from awards, publications and the builders you work with.
No. AI answers still draw on websites. ChatGPT search and Google AI Overviews link to the pages they use. A project page that ranks in Google also gives those tools clear details to repeat. Good SEO now covers both places. We track your practice in Google results and in a fixed set of AI questions each month.
In NSW, only people on the NSW Register of Architects may use the title. A business that uses it must nominate one of them as responsible. We show that person clearly and describe graduates by their actual roles. For work elsewhere, we check the relevant state or territory board’s rules before preparing team pages and directory listings.
Yes, once the owner agrees to what is shown. Ask early what they are comfortable sharing. We describe each home by suburb and choose photos that do not identify the street. Credit the photographer and builder as your agreements require. A clear project page still helps the right clients find your practice without exposing the family inside.
