Beauty Websites · Australian Day Spas

Day spa website design.

Guests choosing a day spa want to see the space, compare treatments and packages and book a time without calling.

We design websites for Australian day spas and wellness retreats that present each ritual clearly, sell gift vouchers and connect to the booking system you already use.

What a day spa website needs

  • Treatment and ritual menus
  • Couples and group bookings
  • Gift vouchers to buy online
  • Photos of your rooms and setting
  • Arrival and health guidance
  • Retreat and package details

Calm first impressions

A calm welcome. A simple booking.

Booking a day spa is a choice about how someone wants to feel. Guests look at the rooms, the setting and the treatment menu to picture the visit before they commit to a time. Real photos of your spaces and plain treatment descriptions do much of that work.

Day spas also sell more than single appointments. Packages, couples treatments, gift vouchers and longer retreats each need their own clear path. Guests should see what is included, how long it takes and what it costs, then book or buy without a phone call.

We built the KaHuna Massage & Retreats website around Emma’s open-air massage hut on Great Keppel Island and the Studio 20 Goolwa website for its massage rituals, facials and body contouring. Both put the treatment menu and a way to book within a tap on a phone.

Client work

Real businesses. Built by Kavera.

KaHuna Massage and Retreats website with its Island Wellness Retreats headline over a Great Keppel Island beach

KaHuna Massage & Retreats

Beachside massage, medi spa and retreats

We built the KaHuna Massage & Retreats website around Emma’s open-air massage hut on Putney Beach, with massage and facial prices, a radiofrequency medi spa and multi-day retreat packages on Great Keppel Island.

On a phone, Book Now dials Emma directly and the site asks guests to text ahead before they visit the island.

Studio 20 Goolwa

Beauty and wellness studio

We built the Studio 20 Goolwa website with its Body and Soul Ritual, Swedish massage, facials and body contouring, each listed with its session length and price.

On a phone, Book Online opens the studio’s Fresha menu and the phone number links to a call.

Visit website

Spa essentials

What day spas need from their website

Every part of a day spa website should help a guest picture the visit, choose a treatment and book it.

Treatment menus

Set out massages, facials, body treatments and signature rituals with session lengths, inclusions and prices.

Gift vouchers

Link to vouchers from your booking software or payment provider, so a present can be bought and emailed in a few minutes.

Couples and groups

Explain how couples treatments, group visits and celebrations are booked and who to contact for larger groups.

Room and setting photos

Real photos of treatment rooms, relaxation areas and the setting show guests where they will spend their time.

Arrival and health notes

Tell guests when to arrive, what to bring and which health conditions or pregnancy stages to mention before a treatment.

Retreat packages

Give multi-day retreats their own page with what is included each day, where guests stay and how to enquire.

Good questions

Common day spa questions answered

Which booking systems can a day spa website connect to?

We link or embed booking from systems such as Fresha, Timely, Mindbody and Square Appointments, so guests can choose a treatment, a therapist and a time without calling.

Can guests buy gift vouchers on the website?

Yes. We link to the voucher feature in your booking software or payment provider, so buyers can choose an amount or a treatment and have the voucher emailed. Your voucher terms, including expiry, sit alongside so buyers know them up front.

How should a day spa website present packages and couples treatments?

Give each package a short description, what is included, how long it runs and the price. Couples and group options should say how they are booked, so guests know whether to book online or get in touch.

What should guests know before they arrive?

Tell them when to arrive, what to bring, how changing and robes work and which health conditions or pregnancy stages to mention when booking. Clear notes make the first visit easier for guests and staff.

How are retreat bookings different from day spa appointments?

Retreats usually involve several days, accommodation, meals and a deposit. We give each retreat its own page with what is included and a clear way to enquire about dates.

How much does a website for a day spa cost?

A small studio can start on our Launch Website at $49/month ($199 setup. Or $599 once-off with first-year hosting included, then $199/year. Domain registration is separate. Changes are agreed before work begins.). Day spas with several treatment types can choose Launch Plus at $99/month ($499 setup. Or $2,500 once-off with first-year hosting included, then $199/year. Domain registration is separate. Changes are agreed before work begins.). Day spas that need up to 15 pages for packages, therapist profiles and guest guides usually suit our Business Website, which ranges from $4,000 to $9,000. Retreats and spa groups that update packages often can choose our Premium CMS Website, which ranges from $9,000 to $14,000.
