Salon & Studio Websites · Australian Nail Technicians

Nail salon website design.

Running a busy nail studio leaves little time to answer messages, explain design add-ons or field phone calls about opening hours.

We build websites for Australian nail salons and independent technicians with clear prices, nail art options and links to your booking system.

What a nail salon website needs

  • Booking links to Fresha or Timely
  • Menus for gel, BIAB and extensions
  • Nail art tiers with photos and prices
  • Galleries of cuticle work and art
  • Deposit, lateness and repair policies
  • Sterilisation and single-use hygiene

Studio precision

Intricate nail art. Organised bookings.

Nail salon appointments rely on precise timing. If a client books a basic manicure slot but arrives wanting hand-painted French tips or chrome isolation, the entire day's schedule can be thrown into disarray.

Clients typically discover nail artists on Instagram or TikTok and want to view full price menus, inspect close-up cuticle work and secure an appointment immediately. Having a dedicated website removes booking ambiguity before the client sits at your manicure desk.

We design nail salon websites that communicate service expectations upfront. Clear visual tiers show what different art styles cost and how long they take, while direct booking integrations keep your calendar organised without back-and-forth messaging.

Structured treatment menus

Present core offerings including builder gel, hard gel overlays, acrylic extensions, Japanese e-file manicures and pedicures with clear service durations.

Nail art complexity tiers

Classify nail art into distinct tiers from simple chrome or French accents to detailed hand-painted designs, clarifying pricing and required chair time.

High-resolution studio galleries

Showcase close-up photography of authentic client sets, cuticle detailing and neat shape retention across various nail lengths and styles.

Studio guidelines and deposit policies

Publish clear terms covering booking deposits, cancellation notice windows, late arrival cut-offs and courtesy fix periods for chipped nails.

Good questions

Common nail studio questions answered

Can our website connect to our existing salon booking system?

Yes, we link your website directly to whatever booking software you currently use, including Fresha, Timely, Phorest, Vagaro or Square Appointments. Clients can tap a prominent booking button or access your scheduling portal directly from your service menu. This keeps your booking flow simple and avoids double-handling appointment messages.

How should we display our nail art pricing on the website?

We recommend structuring nail art into simple visual tiers based on time and complexity, such as minimalist accents, chrome finishes or intricate hand-painted artwork. Pairing each tier with sample photographs, starting prices and required appointment times helps clients select the right option when booking. This prevents clients from booking a basic appointment when they want complex custom art.

Can we update our prices and service menu ourselves?

On our Launch Website package, monthly maintenance is included, so you can send us your updated prices or service changes and we take care of the edits for you. Salons on our Business Website and salon groups on our Premium CMS tier also receive an easy-to-use content management system that lets you edit treatment descriptions, seasonal specials and prices whenever you wish.

Do we need professional photography for our nail gallery?

Professional photography is helpful. Even so, crisp, well-lit smartphone photos of your real client sets work effectively for nail studios. We guide you on image dimensions, consistent backgrounds and clean lighting so your gallery looks cohesive and professional. Using genuine photos of your own cuticle and extension work builds far more credibility than stock images.

Can we sell digital gift cards and cuticle oils on our website?

Yes. If your booking system supports digital gift vouchers, we integrate direct purchase links across your site to drive voucher sales for birthdays and holidays. If you want to retail physical aftercare products such as cuticle oils, hand creams or nail care sets, we can incorporate payment links or scope an online store package to handle orders and shipping.
