For home, bond and commercial cleaners
SEO for cleaners helps households, tenants and offices find your business for the clean they need. Domestic, end-of-lease and commercial cleaning each get their own page, because each buyer checks different things. We keep your Google Business Profile under your real business name. Its service area matches the suburbs your team actually covers.
Non-brand Google appearances for our client SHORE rose from 1,204 to 9,492 between two four-week windows, about 7.9 times. See the GEO example.
Our work and thinking
We built SHORE’s website and run its SEO. The guide sets out its Google figures for both windows and the AI answer that cited one of its project pages.

A tenant with a final inspection on Friday has little in common with a practice manager tendering an office contract. One general page leaves both unsure whether you suit them. We give each kind of client a page that answers their questions. Tell us which work you want more of and which you would rather turn down.
A regular home client wants the same cleaner each fortnight and a fair hourly rate. A tenant needs the job finished before the keys go back. An office manager compares scope, frequency and after-hours access. We build a separate page for each buyer. Our SEO services connect each page to the searches that buyer uses.
NSW tenants must leave a rental in much the same condition as when they moved in, apart from fair wear and tear. The move-in condition report helps settle any dispute. We write your end-of-lease page around that standard. It lists what your checklist covers and what it leaves out, such as carpet steam cleaning. If you offer a re-clean promise, the page states its exact terms.
Several Sydney listings carry names such as End of Lease Cleaning plus a suburb. Google says a profile name should reflect the business’s real-world name. Adding unnecessary words to it can lead to suspension. We keep your listing under the name on your invoices and uniforms. Reviews and photos then sit under the name your clients recognise.
Most cleaning teams work at the client’s home or office. Google treats that as a service-area business and asks you to remove an address customers don’t visit. You get one profile for the whole area you serve. We set it to the suburbs your team can reach reliably. Suburb pages then explain travel and minimum booking times for each area.
Commercial clicks are expensive. Google Ads estimates put office cleaning at about US$38.73 a click in Australia. A visit from an ordinary search result costs you nothing per click. We build pages for offices, medical suites or strata common areas if you service them. Each asks for floor area, frequency and access hours so your quote starts accurate.
A household is giving your team access to its home. Show how you vet staff, whether the same cleaner returns and what insurance you hold. Reviews should come from real clients in their own words. Fake or misleading testimonials are against the law. We help you ask every client for an honest review and reply to each one.

AI search
A tenant might ask ChatGPT for an end-of-lease cleaner in Parramatta who includes carpet steam cleaning. Clear service details help those tools match a cleaner to the request. We list each inclusion, exclusion and service suburb in plain words a tenant can check. Through our AI search optimisation we track which cleaners those tools recommend each month.
Perplexity shows the source behind each answer. ChatGPT search links its sources too and Google’s AI features link to pages from its ordinary results. If your page says the oven is included and your listing says otherwise, an answer may repeat the wrong one. We keep both in step.
AI SEO for cleaners works best with specific answers. How long does a two-bedroom bond clean take? Is the oven included? Your pages should answer each one with your team’s real times. A tenant needs the same answers before booking.
How we work
Tell us which jobs fill your week at a fair margin. Include your suburbs and the minimum booking that makes the trip worthwhile.
We review your Business Profile name, categories and service area against Google’s rules. You get a short list of fixes before new pages go live.
We draft the home, end-of-lease and office pages with your inclusions and prices. Your team checks every detail before approval.
We help you ask every client for an honest review after the job. Each month we compare bookings by service and choose the next page.
Good questions
Start with Google search and Maps, where people look for a cleaner nearby. A complete Business Profile under your real name, genuine reviews and separate pages for home, end-of-lease and office cleaning do most of the work. Referrals from agents and past clients add to it. Track which source brings bookings so you spend more where it pays.
Only if you can state exactly what it means. In NSW a tenant must leave the property in much the same condition as at move-in, apart from fair wear and tear. The agent judges that against the condition report. A fair promise covers a free re-clean of checklist items within a set time. Consumer law means your advertising cannot promise more than the terms deliver.
Yes, in the suburbs you actually serve. Franchises win broad brand searches. A local team can win map results near its base and the specific jobs franchises describe loosely. Name your team leaders, show the suburbs you cover each week and answer questions in detail. Clients who want the same cleaner every visit look for that detail.
Rates vary with property size, frequency and the work included. Show your hourly rate for regular home cleaning and a clear scope for fixed-price bond cleans. Office clients need a quote based on floor area, visit frequency and access hours. List minimum bookings and extra charges so clients can compare the full cost.
