KNOTS

Different ways to find support, brought into one website.

We built the KNOTS website for a Hobart counselling practice, with distinct pathways for families, schools and practitioners seeking support or training around school avoidance.Visit website

/ THE EXPERIENCE

Find support.
At your pace.

On a phone, the navigation opens separate routes for family support, school partnerships and facilitator training. Visitors can read about the practice, find a downloadable resource or follow a meet-and-greet link to make an enquiry. Each route keeps the next step close to the relevant information.

  1. Paths for people.

Family support, school partnerships and facilitator training have distinct pages, helping each audience explore the part of the practice relevant to them.

  2. Resources to keep.

A dedicated resources page brings a family check-in guide and a parent journal together, with direct PDF downloads and short descriptions.

  3. Room to enquire.

Contact and training enquiry forms give visitors a way to ask about support, with meet-and-greet links placed alongside the practice information.

/ THE IDEA

Three paths.
One practice.

KNOTS, Kids Not Open to School, is a Hobart counselling practice working with families and young people experiencing school avoidance. Schools and practitioners also come to the site for partnership and training information. We gave each audience its own pathway, allowing the practice to explain different kinds of support without placing everything on one service page.

The family pages sit alongside a practitioner introduction, school partnership information and a dedicated facilitator training page. A resources area provides a family check-in guide and a parent journal as PDF downloads. We built enquiry forms for the contact and training pages, with meet-and-greet links throughout the site connecting information to a conversation with the practice.
