Families can browse current programs on a phone, check dates and venues and follow the registration pathway to the Parent & Carer Portal. We keep the public program information together so visitors can explore an activity before moving into their family account.

The Parent & Carer Portal gives families an account area for their details and online program registrations, connected to KTV's wider platform.

Kids and Teens in the Valley is a community organisation based in New Norfolk, supporting young people and families across Tasmania's Derwent Valley. Its website serves families looking for activities as well as schools and community partners. We organised those journeys around program listings, information about KTV's work and a clear route into the parent portal.
The project extends beyond the public website. We built online program registrations in a parent portal and a staff dashboard connected to KTV's Baserow CRM. Staff can edit program and website content themselves, while families have their own account area. Public pages explain the organisation's work through its program categories, engagement information and impact stories.
